How To Stay Motivated

Staying motivated to exercise gets difficult at times. You get bogged down with so many daily issues that when you do have the time you simply feel exhausted. Your job may be too stressful. Your children are driving you batty. Your friends are in constant need of attention. Suddenly the world around you is needy and that leaves zero time for you. Who is more important here? Taking care of yourself will go a long way in how you deal with the rest of everything else. If not you may find yourself sinking into a deeper hole. But you can climb out of it too.

Why not start with a commitment to exercise. Yes it does take motivation. Yes it will eat into your time with all the other things in your life. Yes it will make you feel better. Don’t believe me? When you exercise your body and mind will manage your life better.

Staying with an exercise program is motivation. If you are de-conditioned start off with some walking. Then start working on core strength, flexibility and stability. You’ll find yourself with renewed energy throughout your day. Energy for your job, your children and your friends. So how do you stay motivated. Just look at life before exercise. I’ll bet you stick with what makes you feel good.
