How To Stay Motivated
Staying motivated to exercise gets difficult at times. You get bogged down with so many daily issues that when you do have the time you simply feel exhausted. Your job may be too stressful. Your children are driving you batty. Your friends are in constant need of attention. Suddenly the world around you is needy and that leaves zero time for you. Who is more important here?
